Background
For the Florida House of Representative district number 117, Kemel "KC" Cereceda offers clear and concise representation for voters. At age 38, KC is a newspaper publisher and successful businessman. The son of Cuban immigrants from Havana, Kemel was born in Westchester County, New York, and has lived in Miami- Dade County for the past thirty-three years.
Kemel Cereceda has no party affiliations, which leaves him free to represent all the people in district 117 in Miami-Dade County. Kemel's top goals are reducing taxes across the board, working to make the government more efficient and improving the public school system. These objectives are attainable, as Mr. Cereceda's docket is not overcrowded with party agendas.
KC is convinced the public school system will improve once teachers are compensated accordingly, given more control over their classrooms and treated with the dignity and respect they deserve in a performance based environment.
